All listing data is deemed accurate, but should be verified. This website only serves to allow Rental Property Agents and Owners to post the information they have for any given property listed on this website. By using this website, you agree that Rental Property Spotlight and it's developers are in no way responsible for Listing Content (see more below).

Information you provide us directly:
We ask for certain information such as your username, real name, birthdate, address, phone number and e-mail address when you register for a Rental Property Spotlight account, or if you correspond with us. Your username and if you choose to disclose it, your real name, will be published publicly. Once published your username and / or real name may not be able to be removed.

The Subscription Purchases section is only for Owners and Owners' Agents. There is to be one subscription per Property Owner. If you sign up for a Subscription Account within this website, you will have to agree/certify/confirm that you are indeed using different accounts per owners. We reserve the right to close your account without refund if you are found to not meet these requirements.
Some parts of our products and services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis for these Subscriptions. If you use any time in your Subscription during a given month, you will be charged for the entire month. There are no refunds or prorated rates available after each recurring charge. You are responsible for the content (text and images) you upload to the website.
